Wonkx provides a digital wallet and AI commerce layer that enables consumers and merchants to transact through APIs, integrations, and agent-driven systems.
- Consumers may use Wonkx to store wallet credentials, make purchases, and connect to merchants.
- Merchants may use Wonkx to process transactions, manage settlements, and integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Shopify, Booker).
- Wonkx may introduce AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, personalization, and automated commerce flows).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services.
5. Payments & Transactions
- Wonkx enables payments but does not itself act as a bank, money transmitter, or financial institution.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) under their terms and policies.
- You authorize Wonkx and its providers to process transactions on your behalf.
- Merchants are responsible for products and services sold; Wonkx is not liable for fulfillment, quality, or refunds beyond processing obligations.
6. Fees
Certain features or transactions may be subject to fees. Wonkx will disclose applicable fees before you complete a transaction.
7. AI & Automation
Some Services use artificial intelligence and automation. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are generated to assist commerce but may not always be accurate or error-free.
- You are responsible for verifying AI-driven recommendations or actions before relying on them.
- Wonkx disclaims liability for outcomes based solely on AI outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
- All rights, title, and interest in the Services (including software, logos, trademarks, and content) belong to Wonkx or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Wonkx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Wonkx’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or (ii) $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonkx, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado, except where prohibited by law.
- You waive any right to participate in class actions.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
